Answer: The "Adobe Acrobat" file format is otherwise known as "PDF" - or Portable Document Format.
Q: Why did you choose to publish your units in that format?
Answer: Just as the name suggests, Acrobat PDF files are portable: they can be used on many different computers. In addition to being "portable", Adobe Acrobat files print with very high quality on a wide variety of printers and computer systems. If you have a computer and printer, it is very likely that you can view and print these units. We guarantee it.
Q: Can I use it with my computer system?
Answer: The answer is almost undoubtedly "Yes". If your computer is a Windows, Macintosh or Linux computer you will be able to use our units. In fact, if you are using almost any kind of computer you can use our units. All you will need is the free "Adobe Acrobat Reader" software.
Q: How do I get the free "Acrobat Reader" program?
Answer: The free Acrobat Reader program is available from the Adobe web site. If you need to install the program, click here to go to the Acrobat Reader download page. But wait ... you might not need to download the Reader program at all. Many computers already have the Acrobat Reader program installed.
Note: If you do not have the Acrobat Reader program installed, we recommend that you do so — even if not for use for our units. It is very handy to have.
Q: How do I pay for my purchases?

Q: If I am not satisfied with my RHP purchase, can I return it for a refund?
A: Any unused physical product can be returned for a full refund up to 12 months from the date of purchase, no questions asked.
